Crown Laboratories Announces New Name and Logo
Global aesthetics and skincare company, Crown Laboratories, has revealed that it will now be known as “Revance”, effective right away.
The decision to rebrand comes on the heels of the acquisition of biotechnology firm Revance Therapeutics.
“Revance was chosen as the name that best represents the newly combined company mission to revolutionise the aesthetics and skincare industry through science-based, innovative products,” says the American business.
“The transition to the Revance name marks an exciting new chapter for our company, representing the future of our combined portfolio of advanced, science-driven brands that are designed to address the ever-changing needs of patients, clinicians, and consumers worldwide,” further comments Jeff Bedard, CEO of Revance.
Adding: “By uniting our complementary market-leading products and incredibly talented teams under one powerful brand, we are strengthening our unique position in the marketplace and unlocking exciting new opportunities for growth.”
The rebrand also follows the introduction of several new skincare products in the last few weeks and the recent appointment of Adrianne Shapira, a former managing director at Goldman Sachs, to the board of directors at Crown Laboratories.
