goTRG Rebrands, Unveils New Name and Logo

Returns management and reverse logistic company, goTRG, has announced a strategic rebranding and name change to “ReturnPro”.

Founded in 2008, the American firm has built a worldwide network of specialised reverse logistics centres.

Powered by its own proprietary reverse warehouse management software, these centres – which include six in the U.S., one in Canada, two in Mexico, and one in China – are claimed to process over 45 million units annually from various categories, including consumer electronics, home improvement, clothing, and appliances.

“Our mission has always been to solve returns,” comments co-founder and CEO, Sender Shamiss.

Adding: “With our rebrand and expanded services, ReturnPro is set to revolutionise the returns process, empowering retailers to operate more efficiently and sustainably in today’s competitive landscape. We have the technology, infrastructure, and expertise to tackle the industry’s $743 billion returns challenge.”
