Logo Design: 1984 Studios
Some say 2012 is the real 1984 (George Orwell’s 1984 that is). Anyhow. Let us not digress. Headquartered in Stillwater, Oklahoma (USA), graphic design duo Sean Ball and Steve Loftis, founders of aptly named Loftis & Ball, are responsible for this ‘Nineteen Eighty-Four’ logo and branding design. The identity was constructed for a local production company owned by Mat Miller.
