Biotech Firm Moleculera Labs Changes Name and Logo

Moleculera Labs, a medicine company that is focused on immune system-related chronic central nervous system (CNS) and cardiovascular disorders, has rebranded to “Moleculera Biosciences”.

The refresh encompasses not only a company name change, but also R&D into new products and technologies, along with the launch of a brand new website.

“These changes illustrate the company’s expansion into new markets and its commitment to advancing precision medicine with real-world data and innovative autoantibody testing for patients with neuropsychiatric, cardiovascular, Long-COVID and neuro-degenerative disorders, driven by inflammation and immune dysfunction,” says the American firm.

In addition, as part of the rebrand, the biotech company has changed the name of its signature test, the Cunningham Panel to the “Autoimmune Brain Panel”.

The latter is claimed to be the only test of its kind and has been utilised by over 2,500 clinicians worldwide to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of autoimmune-induced neurologic and psychiatric symptoms.

Founded in 2011, Moleculera Labs was spun out of the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center and currently operates a clinical laboratory located in Oklahoma City.
